Question
Dear Roberto,

I am designing a reclining/folding chair for use in public spaces as a dissertation for my product design degree.
I would like to know what specifications are important for seating in airports and what are the issues surrounding the choice of seating.
Any input you have in this area would be greatly appriciated.
Many thanks, Stuart.

Answer
Dear Stuart,

Altough this is not my area of expertise, I believe that you initialy must identify the volume of passenger traffic, who are the users, which areas they will be used (i.e. for short or long "parking" - the longer the period the better confort must be achieved) or what ergonomics and security functions should the product fulfil and so on.

Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
R. Gomes
