Question
Hi,
My husband and I are traveling to Aruba in November and would like to bring 2 beach lounge chairs.  They do not fit in my luggage.  They are approx. 1-2 inches to wide. I wanted to know how to pack them or wrap them somehow so I can put them in baggage with my other luggage.  They are aluminun and weight arond 10 lbs. each.  Thanking you in advance.

Answer
Dear Annette,

Since they don't fit in your baggage, they (if you wrap them in one) will count as an extra piece and depending on the baggage allowance set by the airline and you may pay additional charges.

Check on your airline ticket (or call the airline if you have an e-ticket) the baggage allowance box. (PC stands for piece concept and allow each passenger to check two pieces of baggage and 20 or 32 stands for kilos or pounds allowed)

Also you can contact the hotel you will be staying via email and check if they offer such amenity (I believe they do).

Enjoy your trip and Bombini na Aruba (Welcome to Aruba in the local language the Papiamento).

Best Regards,
R. Gomes
