CAN I TAKE MY WEDDING BOUQUET ON THE PLANE WITH ME TO MY HONEYMOON IN CURACAO?

Yes, you can.
I did not find any regulations saying no. The only thing to consider is the extra care that you will need towards it since you must stowed it for take-off and landing either underneath the seat in front of you or in an overhead bin.
