Question
i want to know that if pregnant lady is traveling from India to UK and she gave birth on flight in the sky then what will be the child's nationality if he will not take dual nationality and mother is Indian citizen.

will child get free ticket of the airline by which they are traveling for life time?

Answer
Dear Saeama.

Theorically, a child born inflight bears the nationality of the airline flying the aircraft. There is no Iata or Icao regulation regarding this issue.

It is up to airline to decide to give this child tickets for life.
