When renting a car in Aruba, is it necessary to have a infant car seat for a child less than 1 year old?  What are the laws concerning this in Aruba?

Sorry, but your question is outside my expertise since it is not related to air travel.

But your child will be safer in any part of the world if you use the car seat regardless of local traffic laws.
