Question
Hi--

I know a woman who was homeless for a number of years before getting a subsidized apartment.

The problem is that her apartment is over a broken boiler that gives off a probably illegal level of noise.

It occurred to me that she could use those "earphones" that people on the tarmac use when they guide planes.

Do you know what companies sell such headphones?
