Question
Thank you,

but i can get them all for the same price, so that is not a concern, they all offer a flight early in the morning, so that is not a concern, and they all offer nonstop. I am just wondering...what would you pick? My dad has a bad knee, and has to strech his leg out a little more. will nay of the airlines look into getting him a bigger seat(isle/emergency row) Thanks!

Answer
Andrew,

If price and schedule is not a concern, mileage program should be considered (but in your case, I believe it won't be a concern too).

By your question, the real concern is your dad's knee.
Initially, there are some security questions involved. Airlines will only assign an emergency exit seat to persons capable to assist the crew in a emergency. Due to the nature of your father's problem, I believe that a aisle seats in the first row will solve the problem.
The next question is to check if US Air or Air Tran offers pre-reserved seats, because Southwest did not assign seats.

I hope this helps.
Again best regards,
