Air Travel/direct flight BWI to GOT?

Question
I live in Sweden and want to find a direct flight from BWI which is closest to her home in Bowie, MD to GOT which is the airport in Gothenburg, Sweden where I live. Do you know if there are any? My mom is 84 and its difficult for her to change planes.

I'm sorry, but there are no non-stop flights between BWI and anywhere in Sweden.  Neither BWI nor GOT are large enough airports to have this type of transatlantic traffic.  Even if you try to arrange a flight from Dulles International, she will have to transfer flights.  It seems like most transatlantic flights stop in Copenhagen, Denmark.  

I recommend finding the flight with the easiest and fewest transfers, and make sure that the airline customer service representatives know that your mother needs extra help.  Also, try to have her fly a non-U.S. carrier, such as SAS, because the European carriers tend to have better customer service.

I suspect that even if your mother flies SAS--the most logical choice to Sweden--she will have to make at least two stops, one of which will be a major airport in the US and the other is Copenhagen.
