Air Travel/dog flying to lihue kauai

Question
It is relatively new to fly your pet directly to Lihue Kauai.  I am fulfilling all of the quarantine requiremnts right now for my dog but I can not find a carrier who will fly directly to Lihue Kauai.  So far everyone wants to fly directly to Honolulu for the ag inspection before allowing me to fly on to Kauai.  Have you heard anything?

Dear Ward,

The problem lies on the fact that all airlines use Honolulu as a hub to distribute traffic to/from the other islands. There is no demand for direct flight to/from mainland to Lihue.
