i was planning a trip up north my husband fell and broke his hip and know cant go how do i get my money back on my airline tickets is there a way to get a refund or sell them. help dee

Dear Dee,

Depending on the fare you purchased you may be entitled to have a refund. Please contact your airline or your travel agent to find out. If you have a paper ticket take a look on the booking class on your reservation and/or on the field named fare basis. Example:

New York - JFK        AA 1234 H 12AUG 8A OK
Los Angeles - LAX     AA 3456 H 19AUG 2P OK

The class of your reservation is H.
