Question
i'm trying get a job as a travel agent, i'm already certified and new at this. i have an interview tomorrow and i don't want to sound like a complete idiotwhen i speak to the interviewer...so can you give me some tips? thanx!

Answer
Dear Misste,

I can give you some tips related to how to behave during your interview. Here we go:

- Dress properly, look better, feel better, arrive early, establish eye contact, answer briefly.

- It's OK to be nervous and hard to make any kind of previous emotional preparation.

- Explain why you left previous job if any.

- Face the feedback, follow the interviewer, be quiet and focus and know exactly what you have to offer (sell yourself).

Thank the interviewer for the opportunity and send a small note by e-mail thanking again.

Since the universe of the travel agent is wide, I can't go any further than this and wish you good luck.
Last, but not least keep focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Best Regards,
R. Gomes
