Hi,

I am trying to buy a UTG gun from Airsplat.com

First, I heard my friends say that Airsplat has bad service and sometimes the gun comes missing pieces or they don't have warranties, etc.

Do you think it's ok to buy from Airsplat.com?

Second, I am either buying UTG AK, ICS AK, or anything less than $200. But I am thinking to go with UTG AK because it has the batteries, chargers included, what do you suggest?

Good question...tough to answer, but for my money I like the UTG also for one simple reason.  Great value for the price.  No small parts to loose, easy to fix small problems.  IE Wiring is an easy fix if you upgrade.

Take some time and read all the great reviews of both guns and I think you will come to the same conclusion.

As far as AirSplat goes.  You have a 50/50 shot at good service, they are a big company and you may find better customer service with a smaller shop but they do offer a huge selection of products.  If I had to recommend a small shop I suggest www.AirSOCOM.com, but no UTG's in stock at the time of this answer.
