Expert: Akita master - 4/28/2007

Question
Chiloe's tail seemed to drop out on no where, the other day. She is acting the
same, for the most part.  She  just up and chase a car around the yard ans
she played for a while with another dog today. It seems to be painful to the
touch.  I know that sometimes an akita's tail will drop when they get a bath
and that you should not worry, but just let it come back on it's own.  I have
take this app approach. I was wondering if she could have sprung it.

Yes, there is a chance she could have sprung it but it is highly unlikly though. So my advice to you is monitor this and if it doesnt get better then you should probaley just let the vet check her out. Best of luck
