Hi Leslie;

I'm the managing editor of the web site for the Humane Society of the United States, and with Ivan about ready to hit the Mobile area, I'm in need of securing a good, quality freelance writer to cover our disaster animal response teams as they deal with the unfolding crisis. Can you suggest anyone in the area? I have an amble budget for several stories.

I would do it myself but I am in the process of moving.

My friend Ashley Hutcheson is a freelance writer based in Savannah, Ga. She may know of a writer in the Mobile area. I cannot think of one off the top of my head. She and I went to college in Mobile and she is more in touch with our friends there.
