Since I've heard the Alani's song UR I can't stop wondering who is it about.
And another lil thing...I want to know...who she sings about in song "A Man"?

Who does she speak of in UR?
-She speaks about herself.  See below for her description.

UR:
A brief and retrospective look at my "career" in chronological order. The first verse being about when I was 10 years old. The second verse being about my mid teens. And the third verse being about the time right after the Jagged Little Pill Tour. Parts of the choruses are other people's perspectives and parts are mine.


As for "A Man" she has said that it is about her father. Here is another quote from her record label review.
"I've had a tendency to focus on more negative experiences I've had with men, and I wanted to represent a lot of the more evolved men that I know as well. Particularly after writing a song like Narcissus."
