QuestionQUESTION: hi can you help me and show me how you got the answers,greatly appreciated.
1.y=2x-7
4x=2y=10
2.y=-6x
y=-4x+6
3.2y=2x=8
4y-x=6
4.3x-9y=3
2x=4y=12
thank so much
ANSWER: The only one I can solve is 2. -6x = -4x+6 so x= -3, y = 18
The others have double = signs which are not permitted.

QUESTION: i found out three and four i still need one and two there not typos .use substitution or elimanation method.
1.y=2x-7
4x=2y=10
4.3x-9y=3
2x=4y=12
Answer1. 4x=2y=10 is NOT a legitimate equation. Do you mean 4x-2y=10?
How about 3. 2x-4y=12?
Why are you downgrading me when you can't tell me what the equations are supposed to be? Again, you cannot have 2 equals signs in one equation. It has no meaning. Are you too subborn to admit that you don't know how to write equations? Don't bother to answer. I've answered over 2000 questions on this site and I have other legitimate questions to answer.
