Question
Could you please tell me it theses are correct. Thank-you!
Divide. 1.Then simplify by taking root, if possible.
root3:sqrt(54)root3:sqrt(2) answer 3
2. Simplify
 root:3sqrt(-8x^3) Answer -2x
3. sqrt(25x^2)
4.root3:sqrt(250x)-root3:sqrt(2x-4) Answer 5sqrt(2x)
5. Add, simplify by collecting like radical terms if possible. Assume that all expression under radical represent npn-negative numbers.
8qsrt(y)+3sqrt(y)  Answer 11sqrt(y)
Subtract, simplify by collecting like radical terms if possible.
4sqrt(45)-9sqrt(5) Answer 3 sqrt(5)
7. Multiply and simplify by factoring.
root4sqrt(10,000)root4sqrt(100,000)
This problem keeps coming up with No solution.
8. Multiply
(sqrt12+2)sqrt(11)sqrt(12)-2sqrt(11) This one I am having a problem with.

Answer
For a cube root, instead of writing root3:sqrt(54) you just write
(54)^1/3  For a fourth root, it's (45)^1/4
1. ok
2. ok
3. +/- 5x
4. no simple answer
5. ok
6. ok
7. 100(10)^1/4
8. with that minus it's hard to tell which terms that you're trying to multiply.
