Question
write each expression using positive exponents. 4^3, 6^2, 7x^-3,   (7x)^-3

Answer
Hi Glenn,

The exponents are positive on the first two, so I'll help with the last two expressions.

Property of exponents:  x^(-a) = 1/(x^a)

7*x^(-3) = 7*1/(x^3) = 7/(x^3)

(7x)^-3 = 1/((7x)^3)

Let me know if you have any questions.
