Question
If you cannot answer this by tomorrow morning, then please disregard, because I need help with this before my class.

I need help with the STEPS (preferrably very detailed steps) on graphing the following equation:

x2 (x to the 2nd power)+20-y2 (y to the 2nd power)-7x-2y+21-8x+ 6y-2 = 2-4y-5x-2y2 (2y to the 2nd power)

So far I have the following, and I'd like to know if I'm correct:

x2-7x-8x -y2-2y+6y +20+21-2 = 2-4y-2y2-5x

I apologize in advance if I can’t make it in time but you have to know how to solve it.

Problem #1

First collect like terms, after you collect this is what you get.

X2 + Y2 – 10X + 8Y + 41 = 0

Now use the completing square method

(X2 – 10X + 25) + (Y2 + 8Y + 16) = -41 + 25 + 16

I just transferred 41 to the right side and added on both sides what I added in the left 25 and 16.

(X – 5)2 + (Y + 4)2 = 0

Hey Lorri this is an equation of a circle with a center {5,-4} and a radius of 0 units. It is just a point.

I have been helping elementary school Students for the past five years with mathematics problems. In fact, I have a brother who is four years younger than me I usually help him to understand what the crux of the question is before trying to solve it. He loves math very much, he is indeed one of the top scorers form his class in Mathematics. I didn’t stop helping my younger relatives after I joined the Engineering campus and I am more than ready to help anyone with my skill.

Education/Credentials
have a high school diploma with a 3.97 GPA; I also have many merit certificates granted for my outstanding results in high school math. I won a merit certificate for my participation in the Black Month Essay Contest. I took two different National Examinations in 2006 and 2007. In the former Exam I got 9As which includes Mathematics. I also have a score of 90 out of hundred in the later Examination which is the toughest known in Ethiopia. So you don’t have to worry about my ability to help my clients.

Past/Present Clients
I have never had an online client but I was helping students coming to me for assistance in Mathematics.
