Question
st + 3t = 6 for s                       Please help me solve these 2 equations thanks!

f + 4 = 6 for f
_______
    g

Answer
The 1st question is st + 3t = 6 and you are suppose to solve for s.

When solving for s, put any terms with s on the left and any terms without s on the right.  For this problem, that means subtracting 3t from both sides.  Now you will get st = 6 - 3t.

The only thing left to do is to divide both sides by t.
This gives s = (6-3t)/t.

The 2nd problem looks like (f+4)/g = 6 and we're solving for f.
Since we want terms with f on the left and other terms on the right,
the first thing to do is multiply both sides by g.  This gives
f+4 = 6g.

The only thing left to do is to subtract 4 from both sides.
This gives f = 6g - 4, and there is f in terms of g.
