Question
The points I am given are (-7,13), (-7,8)
I need you to answer (showing all work)
how to write these equations in point-slope form, slope-intercept form, and standard form.
Thank you.

Answer
If you had plotted those points you would have seen that you have a vertical line with the equation x = -7

I can't help it if that's not the answer you wanted.  The slope-intercept form is y = mx+b and in this case the slope is infinity (straight up).  So it doesn't matter what y is. which you would have found if you had plotted the points.
