Question
a cebu pacific airbus flight took 2 hours to travel 780 miles with the headwind. the trip with the tailwund only takes 1 1/2 hours.

Answer
With the headwind for 2 hours, it must have been against the headwind,
since that took longer.  That was 390 mph.

To travel it in only 1.5 hours would be at 780/1.5 would be at 520 mph.

This means that if we take 520 - 390, we get twice the wind speed
since one has plus the wind speed and the other has minus.

The makes the windspeed at130/2 = 65 mph.
