Answer
If the attendance has increased by 115 per year, take the number of years * 115 + starting amount to get the present total.

The number of years has been 2003-1988 = 15.
The starting amount was 2046.
The answer would then be 2046 * 15(115) = 2046 + 1725 = .. yeah, add those together.
