Question
If seven girls can plant 154 trees in a day. How many trees could fourteen girls plant in a day?

Answer
Note that 7 girls plant 154 trees a day.
Also note that 14 girls = 2*7 girls.

This means that 14 girls can plant 2*154 trees a day.

So what's that value of 2*154?

Or you could go if 7 girls plant 154 trees, that means that there are 154/7 = 22 trees per girl.
This means that 14 girls would plant 14*22 trees a day.

Note that 2*154 = 14*22 = the answer.
