Question
I cant get this questions:
4y-10=3y

6u+7-3u=8+5u-11

I have more problems with other questions but i think if i get this two I could do the rest.

Answer
This is not trigonometry.  It's barely algebra.
4y-10 = 3y
You can add or subtract something from each side without changing the answer.  So subtract 3y from each side to get y-10 = 0.
Now add 10 to each side to get y = 10.
6u+7-3u = 8+5u-11
First, combine terms to get 3u+7 = 5u-3
Now subtract 3u from each side to get 7 = 2u-3
Then add 3 to each side to get 10 = 2u
You can also multiply or divide each side by the same thing so
divide by 2 to get 5 = u
