Question
Hey Scott,
Lindsey here again got 12 probelms and more to come I wish there was a way to send you money just for helping me with this tonight, Cause she has to turn this in tomorrow and is end of the 1st quarter and this determines her math grade for the 1st quarter, So i really appreciate you helping me with this.
WRITE EACH EQUATION. USE s FOR THE VARIABLE, DO NOT SOLVE JUST NEED YOU TO WRITE EQUATION AND ANSWER PLEASE.

1. Subtract s from 9. the result is 9.
2. Divide s by 4. The result is 20.
3. Add 16 to s. The result is 24.
4. Multiply 8 by s. The result is 72.
5. Add 6 to s. The result is 32.
6. Multiply s by 5. The result is 70.
7. Add s to 91. The result is 105.
8. Subtract 8 from s. The result is 49
9. s divided by 7 is 2
10. Divide s by 2. The result is 19
11. 6 times s is 18.
12. Subtract s from 41. The result is 91.
9.

Answer
1. Subtract s from 9. the result is 9.
The equationn is 9 - s = 9; subtract 9 from both sides and get 9 - s - 9 = -9-9;
this is the same as -s = -18; multiply both sides by -1 and get s = 18.

2. Divide s by 4. The result is 20.
The equation is s/4 = 20; multiply both sides of the equation by 4 and get s = 80.

3. Add 16 to s. The result is 24.
The equation is s + 16 = 24; subtract 16 from both sides of the equation and get s = 8.

4. Multiply 8 by s. The result is 72.
The equation is 8s = 72; divide both sides of the equation by 8 and get s = 9.

5. Add 6 to s. The result is 32.
The equation is s + 6 = 32; subtract 6 from both sides of the equation and get s = 26.

6. Multiply s by 5. The result is 70.
The equation is 5s = 70; divide both sides of the equation by 5 and get s = 70/5 = 14.

7. Add s to 91. The result is 105.
The equatioin is s + 91 = 105; subtract 91 from both sides and get s = 14.

8. Subtract 8 from s. The result is 49
The equation is s - 8 = 49; add 8 to both sides and get s = 57.

9. s divided by 7 is 2
The equation is s/7 = 2; multiply both sides of the equatiohn by 7 and get s = 14.

10. Divide s by 2. The result is 19
The equation is s/2 = 19; multiply both sides of the equation by 2 and get s = 38.

11. 6 times s is 18.
The eqution is 6s = 18; divide both sides of the equation by 6 and get s = 3.

12. Subtract s from 41. The result is 91.
The equation is 41 - s = 91; subtract 41 from both sides of the equation and get -s = 50.
Multiply both sides by -1 and get s = -50.
