5.)(-1/11)(1/3)(-7/)  (MULTIPLICATION PROBLEM)

6.) 8X=3=3X

7.)2M=2

8.)Y IS EXCEEDED BY X.HOW WOULD YOU WRITE THIS AS AN EQUATION?

Answer
1) -5/6 = -0.8333
2) a. 45 = 0.23x so x = 195.6
b. 86(100)/90 = 95.56%
c. 58(100)/71 = 81.69%
3. -(-1/49) = 1/49
4. I presume you mean (3/2)x = -5 and not 3/(2x) = -5
multiply both sides by 2/3 and you have x = -10/3
5. multiply the tops and the bottoms separately.
I presume that's (-7)?  so you have 7/33
6. you can't have two equals signs
7. M=1
8. You can't write it as an equation.  It's an inequality
x > y
