Question
6.6

#64. 4w-1/3w+6 - w-1/3 = w-1/w+2

6.7

#40. c+3/c-1 = c+2/c-3

Answer
6.6 For clarity, you need to write it
(4w-1)/(3w+6) -(w-1)/3 = (w-1)/(w+2)
The LCD is 3(w+2) so if you multiply each term by that you get 4w-1 -(w-1)(w+2) = 3(w-1)
which reduces to w^2 = 4 or w = +/- 2
6.7 cross multiply to get (c+3)(c-3) = (c+2)(c-1)
c^2 -9 = c^2 +c -2 so c= -7
