time = distance/speed so t=7/(180+w)=5/(180-w) and w= 30mph
9.1  Is that a square root sign?  You can indicate it by
(9/144)^1/2 = 3/12 = 1/4
9.2 (-27x^9)^1/3 = -3x^3
(2t^5)^1/2 = t^2(2t)^1/2
(10t^4)^1/2 = t^2(10^1/2)
