Question
1. Write an equation of the direct variation that includes the point 9,-12

Find the slop of the line that passes through the pair of points (1,7) (10,1)

2Write y=2/3x+7 in standard form using integers

3.A line passes through (1,5) and (-3,7)
a. Write an equation for the line in point slope form.
b. Rewrite the equation in slope-intercept form

4. Tell whether the line for each pair of equations are parallel, perpendicular, or neither
7x-4y=4
x04y=3

Answer
1. y = -2x+6
7 = m+b and 1 = 10m+b so m= -2/3, b = 23/3 and your equation is 3y = -2x+23
2. for clarity, you need to write it y = (2/3)x +7 which gives you 3y = 2x +21
3. a. I don't know what you mean by point slope form.
b. y = (-1/2)x +11/2
4. your 2nd eq. is messed up
