Question
Solve
1. y = 2x and y= -x +3
2. y= 10 + 0.1x and y = 5 + 0.2x

Answer
These are all straight lines.  If you want to solve them using graphs, it only takes two points to draw a line.  Put in a value for x, solve for y and plot (x,y).  For example, for y=2x, two points would be (0,0) and (4,8).
You can also solve by substitution, as follows
1. 2x = -x+3 so x = 1 and y = 2
2. 10+0.1x = 5+0.2x so x = 50 and y = 15
