Question
I AM DOING A PROJECT FOR MY CLASS AND I HAVE TO INCLUDE A GRAPH AND TABLE IN MY PAPER. THE GRAPH SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN MY TYPED PAPER AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CREATE A GRAPH OR TABLE.

Answer
A graph is simply a plot of one variable against another.  For example, you could measure the temperature outside every two hours from 8AM until 8PM and then plot temperature vs. time.  So your horizontal scale would go from 8AM until 8PM in 2 hour intervals and your vertical scale might go from 50 to 80 degrees.  Just connect the points.
For a table you could flip a coin 15 times and list how many heads for each of 10 trials.
