Question
I need your help on some problems that im not understanding. You have to solve the quadratic equation step by step.

1. x sqaured = 225
2. x sqaured = -225
3. a squared - 64 = 0
4. 3n sqaured - 75 = 0
5. n sqaured - 6 = 0
6. (n-5) sqaured = 20

Answer
It's squared, not sqaured.
1. x^2 = 225 so x = +/- 15
2. x^2 = -225 so x = +/- 15i
3. a^2 -64 = 0 so a^2 = 64 and a = +/- 8
4. 3n^2 = 75 so n^2 = 25 and n = +/- 5
5. n^2 = 6 so n = +/- 6^1/2
6. (n-5)^2 = 20 so n-5 = +/- 2*5^1/2 and n= 5 +/- 2*5^1/2
