I'll do a few for you and then you can do the rest.  
You can add or subtract the same thing from both sides of an equals sign without changing the result.  You can multiply or divide both sides by the same thing without changing the result.  
1. 3y-7 = 8
add 7 to each side to get 3y = 15
divide both sides by 3 to get y = 5
2. 6x+2 = -10
subtract 2 from each side to get 6x = -12
divide both sides by 6 to get x = -2
3. something wrong with your problem
4. 15 = 2m-9
add 9 to each side to get 24 = 2m
divide both sides by 2 to get 12 = m
5. 29 = -8t-3
add 3 to each side to get 32 = -8t
divide both sides by -8 to get -4 = t
