Question
i have a 100 pt assesment tommorrow and i have a review sheet that is kicking me. i don't get any of it. the first problem is a graph. we already have the points on the gragh, then we need to find the slope, then put it into point slope form then slope-intercept then standard form w. interders and then we gragh it. can you help me? the two points are 9,-4 and 1,2

Answer
slope = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (2+4)/(1-9) = -3/4
for slope-intercept, you have y = mx+b so
2 = (-3/4)(1)+b giving b = 11/4 and your equation is
y = (-3/4)x +11/4 or 4y = -3x +11
If you already have the points on a graph, just draw a straight line through them.
