Question
they are like...
-3x+6y=24      also    -7x+2y=-5      also     -6x+3y=-6
-2x-y=1                10x-2y=6                 2x+6y=30

Answer
All of those are straight lines, which take only two points to plot.  For example, for -3x+6y=24, two points could be (0,4) and (-8,0).

What else did you want?  Straight lines are as simple as you can get.  Just put in a value for x, calculate y, and plot x,y.
