sorry im going to try and make this understandable because i cant copy a table into here so i will explain it.

so you have your table...it is horizontal.
the top bit is the x axis and the bottom bit is the y axis.
in the x axis there is 0,   1,     2,    3
in the y axis there is 10, 15.50, 21, 26.50.

what would the equation be connecting x and y

Answer
The standard equation for a line is y = mx+b.
It only takes two points to determine a straight line.
So if y=10 when x=0, then b = 10 and you have y = mx+10.
If y = 15.5 when x = 1, then 15.5 = m+10 and m = 5.5,
giving you the equation y = 5.5x +10.  You can check your other two points and make sure they fit.
