Question 14 that you are referring to applies to  the three inequalities supplied to you before question 13.  This is where your confusion is.  The inequalities supplied are suppose to be used for questions 13 - 15.  I hope this helps

find the feasible region

plug the coordinates of the vertices of the feasible region into x-4y.

The answer is 6, for the maximum
