Question
how would i graph this system of equations..
3x+y=-4
6x+2y=-8

thank you

Answer
Both of these are straight lines.  It only takes two points to determine a straight line.  So put in a value for x or y, calculate the other variable and plot (x,y).  For the first equation, two points are (0,-4) and (-2,2).  Now you can do the other one.
