Question
how can i simplefy this equation 3/2 - 5

Answer
That's not an equation since there's no equals sign.  I assume that strange symbol means "square root".  When typing, indicate a square root by ^1/2, such as x^1/2.
So I assume you mean 3/(2-5^1/2).  If you multiply the numerator and denominator each by 2+5^1/2 then you have
-3(2+5^1/2)
