I assume you're talking about solving two equations with two unknowns.  All three methods will give you an answer.  Personally, I prefer elimination, but sometimes substitution is easier if one of the variables doesn't have a coefficient.  With graphing, you have to find a piece of graph paper, solve each equation for two pairs of points, and then draw two straight lines and see where they cross.  Unless the answers are integers, it may be difficult to read accurate values.
