Question
i need to know what 3 1/4 x 2 1/3= and how did you get the answer please and thank you

Answer
Hi Gus,

First, write the two fractions in improper form.

3 1/4 = 13/4
I got this by multiplying the 3 by the denominator of the fraction (4) and then adding the numerator(1) to get 13.  Then put this over the denominator(4).

2 1/3 = 7/3

Now we have

(13/4)*(7/3)
multiply the numerators and the denominators

((13*7)/(4*3))

91/12

Let me know if you have any questions.
