Algebra/y axis

Question
what is it called when the y axis = 0?

Answer
I am not sure what you are asking. If you want to know what points all have y=0 , the answer is the x axis. If you want to know the name given to a point on a line or a curve with y=0, it is called the x intercept. It is the point where the curve or line crosses the x axis. I hope this helps.
