Question Hi Katie. I am an Expert. Is there a way to directly contact another Expert on the page/category where I answer? I have information that may help him with a question that he is struggling with. I have used the "Add to this answer" option. What does that do, send my help to the Expert or can the questioner see my help also? Thanks
Answer Currently we don't have a tool for the direct communication between experts. We have discussed it and hopefully we'll have it soon.
For now, the best way is to post a question to that expert. You can set it to private if you don't want it to be published.
You can write "Add to this answer" too, but not all experts read them regularly.
