Question
QUESTION: Hello, I'm one of your experts in the auto insurance claim category. I get a lot of questions about "how will a claim effect my premiums?" Claim adjusters know nothing about premiums. These type questions are better for insurance sales, marketing and underwriting categories.

ANSWER: Hi Ron,

You can specify that you don't answer questions about premiums in your profile or instruction. After that if you still get those kind of questions, please simply reply them with option "Outside of my expertise".

QUESTION: Thanks so much Katie. Two questions I did not get answers to before. What is the minimum number of words or characters I must give as an expert answering a question? And is there a way to have hyperlinks in text answers or profiles, or is that not allowed at allexperts? thanks much

Answer
1. There is no minimum number of words or characters requirement for an answer. But for a public question to be published, the answer must be 250 characters or more.

2. You can put a link in your profile, like MyLink. If you want to put a link in an answer, please just include the URL, like "please go to site http://www.abc.com". Once that answer is published, the URL will be transformed into clickable link.
