Hello, I answer questions in the category of 'Masturbation'.  I get questions from both males and females.  My concern is the age of the questioners.  Your rules indicate that persons must be 13 or over to ask a question.  I am getting more questioners who are between 13 and 18.  I am very interested in your recommendation.  I know many young people have sincere troubling questions in this category.  Do you recomend that I answer all questions from those 13 and over, or that I reject all questions from those under age 18?  Could there be legal issues? I am just trying to do the right thing.  I will follow your recommendation.  Thank you for this excellent service, and for the opportunity to help people.

The law sets the age limit at 13 http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm However, we want all our experts to have a pleasant (worry-free) experience here. I get the impression that you would rest easier if you only responded to questions from adults, so I recommend that you stick to the over 18 limit. If you like, I can update your instructions to questioners so that it shows up in bold font?
