QuestionI doubt this will do much good but I'll give it a try. I enjoy volunteering at something I enjoy so much, but over the years, I have set with clenched teeth over some of the answers we have given out. I have read with chagrin the reviews, arguments and complaints waiting for the day someone figures out a way to sue us. I hate making a comment or complaint without having a possible solution but I am afraid I don’t have one for you.
I would like to suggest a statement to our response sheets to the questioner. Something like any opinion is that of the expert not that of the web site nor sponsors. Many of my answers are cut and dry, it happened on March 3, 1863, it is a Sharps; but some times they ask my opinion and I have added, “Keep in mind any opinion here are mine and not the web sites” to my replies. Anyway just my opinion. Good Luck! GA
