Question
I've always wondered exactly what gets sent to a Questioner when a question is rejected by an Expert using one of the "pre-cut" one-click rejections choices. For example, if I select "I believe this is a homework question", what message gets sent to the Questioner?  Do you guys have all of those "boilerplate" responses up somewhere where we can have a look at them.  I ask this because, if I knew the exact wording of these canned responses, I can decide whether it is appropriate for the particular case, or if something more personalized is necessary.

       Unfortunately our free service can only answer short, discrete questions.


Option: This is a rude, non-serious question.
Email:  I'm sorry, I can't help with that.

Option: This is one follow-up too many.
Email:  I'm sorry, I can't answer your follow-up question.
     I can only answer one or two follow-ups per questioner. I hope you understand.
     Your Question was "____"


Option: Send the questioner a <You're Welcome> note.
Email:  You are very welcome.
     Your Question was "____"

Option: This is a duplicate question. I've answered it before.
Email:  I have already answered this question for you once before.
     Your Question was "____"


Option: I don't understand the question / There is no question here.
Email:  I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question.

Option: I believe this is a homework question.
Email:  Sorry, but I don't answer homework questions.
