Question
Recently I was given a rating of 1's in all categories that I truly feel I didn't deserve -- when I am forced to tell someone that their idea won't work, I always do so under a rejection of the question, so that I can't be rated against in a retaliatory manner.

I feel that a user who has questioned me in the past deliberately did not rate me on a previous question so that he could 1 me across the board when I rejected his other question.

How can I dispute the negative rating?

~Mike

Answer
I've investigated.

The "poison draw frog" question was the only question from Rahul's email address. This rules out the possibility that his rating was "pay back" for a question you rejected in the past.

AllExperts keeps every rating in our database for future reference. However, when we calculate your stats, we throw out the outliers. This is the first 1 score you've received in the Yu-Gi-Oh category. Your other 116 ratings are almost all 10s, so Rahul's rating does not affect the average scores that readers see in your public bio page.

Hope this helps and
