I hate to bother you, but this email upset me. I have read a few of Paul's responses and have found incorrect answers. I haven't said anything because I don't believe in putting anyone down. Question: I'm kinda getting tired of you telling questioners to check out this ADDY.
What makes you think you are an expert.
Any expert would never recomend a 2-stroke Lawn Boy. Quality engines? You didn't even mention Kawasaki.
Why should any one think you are an expert?
You obviously work on junk at a "Mom and Pop" dealer. Why should I ask you a question instead of asking "The Truthmeister".
Go ahead send my question to the answer pool.

Everyone has their own opinion. I answer the questions and supply support addys for them to see what they are working on in a breakdown/ipl. Most people upon see the breakdown/ipl can follow it and are able to perform the repair themselves with little or no follow up questions. From experience, I know when to buy something for worth not name. Thanks for your comments.

Answer Compared to Paul's question, your response was polite and professional - thank you :). Sounds to me like he's a bit jealous of you. He has impressive credentials, so he's probably wondering why you are #1 all the time.
This site is about helping people, not belittling them. It's about making things better for as many people as possible, not about proving how much better you are. I am hoping Paul will eventually learn that from your example and treat all questioners with respect - not as amateurs, but as equals. Then maybe he'll have a shot at #1. But if he doesn't, and he continues to send you questions like this one without provocation, let me know and I will take care of it.
